Do I have to download an app?
Nope. VideoStamps require only a smartphone with a camera that can scan a QR code and connect to the internet. The same goes for whoever receives your video. When you scan the QR code, the VideoStamps interface pulls up in a browser (iPhone or Android) and walks you through a simple, three-step process – Scan, Record, and Send.
How long will it take to get my VideoStamps order?
You should expect to receive your VideoStamp order within 3-5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. We do not ship overseas (yet).
Is my personal information safe?
Yes! In fact, no information is stored except your video. VideoStamps do not require your phone number, name, email address or anything to work. It’s totally anonymous, keeping you and your personal information private. Videos are stored for 6 months.
How much does it cost to upload my video?
Nothing! Your video and the video reply (should you enable this feature) are included in the price of the product. There are no hidden fees.
